When we look at our political and economic situation as we live in the several States, we must sometimes ponder on the need of a federal Government when most sovereign people spend their entire lives in the States?

It has become an anchor around the necks of the American People and its expanded activities must be stopped.

The House and Senate should not be allowed to convene for more than three months each year, during which times their deliberations must be confined solwly to defense of the realm.

The bulk of the time Congress is in session is spent on whittling away at the rights of We, the People and the Bill of Rights, and States rights.
The People who reside in the States are the true sovereigns of the nation as the following shows:

When a child born is born he or she gets a State birth certificate, not Federal Government birth certificate.

Unfortunately the Fed has wiggled their way into the states and now your birth certificate IS Federal as State of California, State of Arizona, State of Delaware, State of Idaho, State of Pennsylvania etc. etc. are all Corporations that are located in the District of Columbia.

California, the State, is not The State of California– that’s a federal corp– it’s called the California Republic. It has it’s own flag. It’s own 1849 Constitution. And is given a Republic Government by the 10th Amendment of the Constitution for the United States of America.

One could look inside page 1 of their United States of America passport and see there are 2 types of Americans. There are U.S. citizens, which is a made up class under the fake, never voted on, never passed, null & void, 3 jews on Dec 23rd at 11pm pushed the 14th Amendment through illegally that created the class of U.S. citizen for the negro slave. The other type is a National. As in, State National. Citizens are slaves, Nationals are 10th Amendment State citizens.

BTW, why do you need a 14th Amendment that magically pulls out ‘what’ rights that weren’t already expressed clearly in the Constitution? That is where the scam begins after the 1861 takeover.
A child gets a grade school education from the State. Federal intervention in education is baneful and harmful and this unconstitutional Federal Government intrusion has turned schools into a large pool for Socialist, anti-Christian, demonic, LGBTQ activity and to wipe out all knowledge of the Constitution.

A student receives a high school diploma from the State.

A student receives a degree from a State College, not a Federal Government College.

People get married in the State and receive a State Marriage license. (Marriage licenses came about to stop interracial marriage)

Teaching certificates, law degrees, and doctor’s degrees are all matter for the State and are not issued by a Federal government.

The 10th Amendment in the Constitution provides the States with the powers of the Government since no 1 entity in America can hold all of the authority.

No matter how they want to twist and turn and tweak the Constitution to fit their liking, whether the police want to believe in State national citizens, it does not matter.

The 10th Amendment stands as the Constitution cannot be altered or changed– the President cannot so much as remove or add a comma; it stands as a decree to be untouched and followed.
With so many essential services taken care of on a State level, there cannot be a real need to allow a bloated Federal Government to continue in its present form, and there is a need for those who fear big government – as did all of our Founding Father – to put an end to this dangerous state of affairs.

Since the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are constantly being squeezed by a central government which includes the Executive, the Congress and the Legislature. Some of the more glaring examples of this dangerous situation which we have allowed to creep into our national life are found in the area of treaty powers and immigration powers, which has given rise to such dangerous conditions as to pose a terrible threat to our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

No treaty powers of the Federal Government can interfere w/ the powers reserved to the States. No State need obey NAFTA, WTO (World Trade Organization formerly GATT); the U.N. State legislatures must assert themselves on these issues. The States have the right to exclude whomsoever they desire to exclude when it comes to immigration.

The reason why the 9th Amendment was passed was to prevent this massive and growing twisting and squeezing of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights from happening. Courts today ignore this check on tyrannical conduct. The majority of “Federal Judges” have become political activists whose rulings constitute new laws not passed by the legislature, most of which are non-Christian, unconstitutional, socialistic rulings.

These judges interfere in matters reserved to the States under the 10th Amendment, often to ordering what type of persons must be employed by local boards, and what books school boards are allowed to include in curriculum and school libraries.

Perhaps the Founding Fathers anticipated this tyrannical twisting and squeezing of the Constitution by “Federal” courts might, one day, and in their far-seeing wisdom, they provided for it.
This silent war to turn the United States of America into a nation other than the one desired and planned for by the Founding Fathers, is visible in the manner in which the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were twisted and squeezed to take on a Communist slant, is found in the area of immigration and citizenship.
