In Oct 2018 I went back to trading after multiple light attempts as far back as ’05. I came across a guy from some old trading rooms (Dan/Nate) on Twitch. Another dude on X clipped the livestream cuts to micro clips. I’ve put them into posts for fast loading along with long form written breakdowns via grok below. Isolate your trading performance from the rest of your life. There will be highs & lows…don’t bring others along for the ride. It won’t help your trading decisions…but it will hurt them.
Words of advice…don’t discuss your trading at all…not the highs, nor the lows…nor the normal stuff
GOAL someone shouldn’t be able to tell if you are having the best day, week, month, etc…or the worst. Trading is hard enough without adding others
